The first meeting with business owners to re-form a new Roselle Park Business Chamber was held on Thursday, Dec. 10th at the Roselle Park Municipal Building.
Many business owners came out to get information on how becoming part of the new chamber would be a benefit to them. Everyone was offered an opportunity to sign up to become part of the board and different committees. Several speakers discussed the benefits and showed the future chamber website, while Mayor Carl Hokanson spoke to the business leaders explaining how having a chamber will be a good bridge between local business owners and local government.
The Roselle Park Business chamber will serve as an advocate to support, promote and represent local businesses’ interests, issues, and to help them connect with one another. Membership is now open to all local business owners in Roselle Park and surrounding communities.
